The right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you can exercise the right of withdrawal, i.e. decide to return the item without having to provide reasons, within 14 calendar days following delivery (or delivery of the last item, in case of deliveries Separate).

How to exercise the right of withdrawal
If the item was sold by Africadada SARL:
You will have to fill out the form and send it to us in the annex in this email adress retunrcenter@africadada.com from the day you communicated the withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the products. You have the option with the same mode of asking for a good Africadada equivalent to the value of the product on which you exercise the right of retraction to make other purchases on Africadada by spending the voucher.
Reimbursement in case of withdrawal
If you purchase as a “consumer” and return within 14 days of delivery, you will be reimbursed for the price paid for the item and shipping charges related to the most economical shipping method available at the time of ordering. If the returned items have damage or signs of wear resulting from unnecessary manipulation to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of these, Africadada may withhold from the reimbursement an amount corresponding to their Decrease in value.
Schedule and time for refunds
The refund of the price of the item for which the withdrawal was exercised and, if applicable, the shipping costs, is made within 14 days after receipt of your notice of withdrawal. Africadada may withhold the refund until it receives the item or until you have provided proof that you sent it, depending on the situation you choose first.
